Hi there!
It was a very lovely sunny day yesterday.
We took a drive to 江ノ島 and had a nice long walk with 志朗.
志朗と一緒に、江ノ島に行ってきました。
江ノ島散歩
我が家の、春と秋の 恒例行事です。
It’s our regular family event.
We come here twice a year, in spring and autumn.
This time our daughter joined us, which delighted 志朗 so much.,
今回は おねーちゃんも一緒だよ。
ずーっと浜辺を歩いて 
ぐるっと片瀬神宮まで行って、
帰ってくるコース
We usually take the route around the shrine, walking along the beach.
The Main Street to the shrine was pretty crowded, but 志朗 was being a very good boy.
参道は結構混んでたけど
いい子だったね。
名物あさひやのたこせん🐙

Here it is!
あさひや, the shop is very popular for its specialty, たこせん, or octopus cracker.

It’s got lots of colorful baby sardines in it, and it’s actually really blue!

Despite its strange color, it was very tasty with the rich flavor of seafood.
一日中 富士山がきれいな日でした。
Walking along the pathway to the shrine, we enjoyed the beautiful view of Mt. Fuji.
岩場の上で一休みしました。
岩の上でも、甘えんぼ志朗は、
ずーっと 私たちにくっついてました。
We took a rest at the rocky area near the cave.
It feels so good!
志朗、階段を上手に上り下り。
道行く人たちから いっぱい、
可愛い〜❗️って声かけてもらいました。
As he was so good at climbing up and down the steps, people passing by all seemed to be quite impressed.
Many of them were saying,

We are so proud of you, 志朗.
浜辺に帰ってきて
志朗はランチタイム
いっぱいお散歩して 楽しかったね。
Coming back to the beach, he had lunch there.

ちょっとだけど 海に入れたんです❗️
During the outing, 志朗 made an amazing progress!
He was able to get into the ocean, for the first time!
以前は、波が怖くて
尻尾がダラーン❗️だったのに。
Last time he was so scared of ripples that he couldn’t even get his feet wet.
However!
This time he got in the water and even tried playing in it.
It’s a great achievement!
今回、初めて
ちょっとだけど お水に足をつけて
遊べました。

The wind by the beach was a little cold, but it was just perfect weather for him.
We had a great time.
