Yesterday I had a lesson despite it was Sunday.
Actually I had made a mistake the day before about the appointment date and had been there the day before, too.

駅までちょっと、 走ったら、

While I was running to the station, something went wrong with my leg.
I felt as if my right thigh suddenly had a crack.
It’s just around the bottom, below my hip.
膝カックン、ではなくて
もも カックン。
お尻の下のところです。
すぐに走るのやめて 歩きに変えて
しばらくしたら
何ともなくなりましたが…
I stopped running immediately and walked slowly to the station instead.
Then it seemed to be all right again.
なんだろうなあ、
気持ち悪いなあ。
後でまた、痛くなったりしないだろうねええ〜…
年取ると、いろいろ不具合が出て
やあーねえ…
Looks like there us no problem so far now, but I am a little concerned about the case in which it may get serious later.
As we get older, we got many health problems.
I know it is natural, but still it is quite a nuisance when some trouble actually come about.
昨日の晩御飯です。

I grated almost two thirds of a whole one.

I learned on the internet that daikon is very good for those with sore throat.
Actually my daughter has a cold and her voice has been hoarse for these few days.
I hope she will get better with the effect of daikon eventually.
