娘と2人の節分ディナー（╹◡╹）

昨夜は、娘と2人でした。

Last night my husband went out as he had to attend the vigil for his high school teacher. 

There were only two of us, Daughter and me. 

旦那、高校時代の先生が亡くなられたということで、

旦那は急遽 お通夜へ。

その流れで、旧友たちと 晩御飯済ませてくるそうで…

We two took 志朗

 for a walk in the afternoon. 

We could see the beautiful sunset. 

娘も一緒に ゆう散歩

志朗は、おねえちゃん大好き

The popular sushi chain in Kanto, mainly Chiba.

うちの最寄りは、薬園台店

銚子丸は、千葉県中心に 関東を基盤とする 回転寿司チェーン

銚子丸もあちこちあるけど、

店舗によって 味が微妙に違います。

と、私は思う。

その中で、この薬園台店は

個人的にかなり好評価。

They are quite ubiquitous, but I find the branch in Yakuendai is relatively high in quality. 

Everyyeat, they offer three kinds of 恵方巻き. 

銚子丸は、毎年 三種類の恵方巻きを出してます。

うちはいつも、スタンダードな やつ。

お寿司屋さんの

恵方巻き

¥480なり。

これ、フツーな太巻きだけど、

なんか、美味しい。

一つ一つが、いい仕事してある感じ。

この値段で、この味は、お買い得❗️

We always buy the standard one, お寿司屋さんの恵方巻き, which is the cheapest. 

Considering the price, it’s a good buy. 

It’s actually really tasty! 

Everything inside is very good. 

ダイエット中の娘と一本を 半分こしました。

As my daughter is watching calories now, we shared one single one. 

It is said that one must eat one whole 恵方巻き all by himself. 

But it isn’t necessary, according to some information on the internet.

As long as you face to the lucky direction of the year, and keep silent while eating sushi, it should be no problem, I suppose.

豚肉で巻いて

塩胡椒 酒を振って 蒸し焼き

巻物つながりで、縁起担ぎです。

ザーサイとネギ、レタスをチンして和え物

焼きねぎ、きのこ 

レモン塩で。

炒めない きんぴらごぼう

アク抜きしたゴボウとニンジン

めんつゆ絡めてレンチン

仕上げにごま油を一滴で、コクを出しました。

これ、我ながら、かなり美味いです。

豆まきはしなかったけどね。

While shopping at Chishimaru, 志朗 waited for me in front of the sushi shop. 

He was being such a good boy.

いいもんだなあ、楽しかった。

We two had a very nice, relaxing dinner.

北東なら Northeast のように

二方向はまとめますが、 それ以上は、二方向の前にくっつけます。

例えば、東北東ならば

East northeast となります。
