今回は ポークリブと野菜のグリル
Grilled pork ribs, vegetables and soup!
大きく切った大根 セロリ 厚切りベーコンを 蓋つき耐熱容器に入れて
ひたひたの水、塩胡椒して 蒸し焼きしました。
This is how to cook the soup.
Put radishes a de celeries and bacons, water, salt and pepper into a heat resistant glassware.
Cook it beside while pork ribs are cooking.
It’s very simple but very nice with the extract from the bacon.
ベーコンの旨味が出て 美味しいです。
Here is another dish of pork ribs and vegetables, just taken out from the oven.
こちら、ポークリブが、焼き上がったところ
ポークリブは、塩胡椒 にんにく 生姜を刷り込んで一晩置いておきます。
Put garlic, ginger, salt and pepper to the pork ribs. Leave it over night.
天板に 肉と、付け合わせ野菜を並べて
あとは オーブンで焼くだけです。
On the next day, cook them in the oven at about 220℃ for 20 to 30 minutes until the meat is cooked.
You can cook the coup at the bottom of the oven while cooking the ribs on top.
グリルは上段 スープ煮は下段で。
220度くらいで 20から30分 かな？
肉に火が通ったら 出来上がり。
In this way you can prepare three different dishes at the same time.
一度に肉、野菜、汁物 と 出来て、便利ですよ。
先週息子が帰ってきてました。

息子が帰ってくると、食事が豪華になるので、娘が喜びます。
Our daughter is happy to have her brother back home, just because I usually prepare something special for him.

焼いてる間に、揚げ物ができるから 楽チンです。
The good thing about the oven cooking is that you can make something else while cooking others in the oven.
息子は、正月以来
ニヶ月ぶりに志朗と再会
志朗も、ちゃんとお兄ちゃんを覚えてました。
It’s been more than two months since our son saw 志朗 at New Year.
志朗 recignized him and got really excited to see him again.
志朗、すっごいはしゃぎまくり
やっぱり 家族は、わかるんだね。

で、しばらく遊んでたら、
中身は、変わってない、と 判明しました。
