土曜日の午後

今日は夕方から御茶ノ水ジャニス

そしてまこっちゃんとプールへ


久しぶりに体を動かしたので、
上がった後内蔵関係がだいぶ具合わるくなる・・・

これではいけないと毎回身に染みます

子供のころは毎日外で走り回ってスッキリしてたのに比べ、

良いわけがないよね

体力つけなくちゃ
