Communication cable structure:
Wire: annealed bare copper wire, the diameter of the copper wire is 0.32, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9.
Insulation material: high-density polyethylene or ethylene/propylene copolymer, the color of the insulated wire meets the full chromatographic standard.
Insulated wire pair: Two insulated wires of different colors are twisted into pairs at different pitches, and the specified color spectrum combination is used for identification.
Core structure: Take 25 pairs as the basic unit. Cables larger than 25 pairs are combined according to the unit, and each unit is tied with a unit cable tie of the specified chromatogram to identify different units.
Shielding: Use embossed or non-embossed metal strip longitudinally bun the cable core outside the wrap tape, the two sides overlap. The plastic film coated on the surface of the shielding tape is bonded to the protective layer.
Sheath: black low density polyethylene
Suspender wire: The suspension wire is 7-strand galvanized copper stranded wire with a nominal outer diameter of 6.3mm and 4.75mm. Its tensile strength is not less than 300kg and 1800kg, respectively. The suspension wire is coated with thermoplastic to prevent the steel wire from rusting.
Identification and length marking: The outer surface of the cable has permanent identification markings, and the marking interval is not more than 1m. The marking content includes: wire diameter, number of wire pairs, cable model, manufacturer, factory name code and manufacturing year, and the length marking is not greater than the interval 1m is marked on the outer surface.
