JV cable letter meaning, YJ: cross-linked polyethylene insulation, V: PVC sheath. The name of the YJV cable model is: YJV XLPE insulated armored cablepower cable (YJV, YJV22), with a round black appearance, consisting of a sheath, an inner lining, insulation and a conductor. The conductor material is made of non-oxidized copper core (copper content: 99.9%), which is applicable to transmission and distribution lines with AC rated voltage U0/U of 0.6/1KV and below. It has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, good environmental stress resistance, excellent electrical performance and chemical corrosion resistance, light weight, simple structure and convenient use.

Conditions of Use
1. The ambient temperature during cable laying and installation is not less than 0℃, and the cable bending radius is not less than the cable outer diameter 12D.
2. The long-term maximum working temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 90℃.
3. When short-circuit (the longest duration does not exceed 5s), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 250°C.
YJV type cable, that is, 0.6/1KV XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable. YJV22 type cable, that is, 0.6/1KV XLPE insulated steel tape armored PVC sheathed power cable. The biggest difference between the two is that the YJV model has no inner sheath and armor, only a single-layer sheath, while YJV22 has an inner sheath plus a metal armor plus an outer sheath, that is, a double-layer sheath. YJV type cable is softer, while YJV22 type cable has better tensile and compression resistance.
