The Role -
Working with stakeholders across the business the successful candidate will lead business change across Clubcard Rewards. Responsible for all change projects in the business, including management of project managers, this role supports the Rewards Director in setting the strategic direction of the business.

· Support the Head of Rewards in addressing the key strategic issues for the Rewards business, ensuring the trade-off between priorities is carefully managed to ensure maximum benefit for the business
· Team management experience - ability to coach, develop and performance manage team members
· The management of a team of project managers
· Extensive e-commerce experience, with a track record of delivering customer facing developments in a B2C business
