An English diary to keep my English literacy.

My old friend who was 5 years younger and was my follower of pole-vault was died on June 2. His funeral ceremony was done at Matsuyama and joined it with wife.

Left home at 6:30 in the morning by my old Mercedes.

The ceremony was done at this hall where was middle of Matsuyama City.

We were intimates during over a half century or more. Nice guy, he was.

It was a good and big funeral ceremony, really.

On the way back to home, visited his friend home and had a chat or two, and headed for home through Route 23, the prefecture road and toll roads.

Arrived home with no problem, but tired a lot.

No one ever escape die, all we know it. And he died. Yes, yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is the gift. That's why it called present.
