Yes, it was full bloom but few visitors were, for it was rainy by around 14:00. On top of that, it was cold and cloudy, no good for enjoy the blossom.

Drove my car for a while, but not got out, for it was cold.
You can imagine seeing the wears of local people.
In the morning, we went out for a shopping mall to buy some veggies and wine, and took walking in the mall. For it was rainy, cold rainy. And did it, and it was enough exercise for us.
On the way back to home, dropped in a Japanese restaurant, and enjoyed the meal.
