An English diary to keep my English literacy.

Fishing was scheduled from 7, and left home in darkness heading for our fishing port by my Hunter Cub larded all fishing gears. That was this. Good!

Arrived the port and get on my friend's boat with 3  guys, and the boat left the port heading for a fishing point.

The weather was good. Nothing was wrong. However, after 10 or 20 minutes, a shock occurred the boat and it was stopped because of landing. No way!

And flooding had happened! No way! We tried to take the flood to out by ladle but it was a bit hard to do so.

Then called SOS, ' save our ship' as literally, by 118, te emergency number of the sea accident. Then, a coast guard boat came with 5 staffs.
After one hour or so, high-tide made our boat left from rock, and the cast guard boat pulled our boart to land where boat maintenance dock was.

This is the first distress in my life over 70 years. No way!

With luck, it was neither my boat not the operator captain was not me. I was just a passenger. What a relief.

The wooden fishing boat was pulled up to the land at the dock. There was a crack at the main keel of the boat and the screw shaft was bent then water was frown.

The officers took statement and information and photos from us during 2 or 3 hours.

They told me that they needed to hear from me and they would ask me to surrender to their office on another day later. Well, the distress was the first and surprising experience in my life.
