我が家にはこんな卓上カレンダーがある。
当初は英語の勉強になるかと思って購入したのだが、
これがなかなか面白く
毎日カレンダーを捲るのが楽しみなのだ。

￥1,195 Amazon.co.jp 卓上日捲りカレンダーで、 英語で多岐に渡るジャンルのトリビアが掲載されている。 本日の問題はこれ。 ' Which two automakers besides Cadillac are mentined in Bruce Springsteen's song Pink Cadillac? ' 答えがおわかりかな？ 音楽が大好きで、小学生の頃からウォークマン（古っ）を常に携帯し、 現在も何台もの i pod を所有する音楽依存症の私であるが、 聴く音楽は昔から変わらずほとんどが洋楽。 ただメロディーとして耳から取り込むばかりで、 よっぽど気に入った曲でない限り 歌詞を意識して覚えたりはしないんだよね。。 Pink Cadillac と言って私が思い浮かべるのは Bruce Springstten より Natalie Cole がカバーした方。 クラブ好き（ディスコ世代だが・・・）で、 70's・80's・90's dance track は大好物。 もちろんこの Pink Cadillac もよく耳にしたっけ。 でも、こうやって歌詞を問題にされると、 メロディーは思い出せても肝心の歌詞は全く浮かばない。 折角洋楽が好きなら英語の勉強にもなるから 歌詞をもうちっと意識して聴けばいいのにね～
