Hi.

I will stop writing about what happened afterwards minute by minute, but will put it simple instead.

My boss was/is a type of person who sorts out things using so-called "abuse of authority" towards his staff members.

Not many could bear the unreasonable and demanding numerous orders from him and so there were only two staffs left when I and my other members joined the department.

No sooner had I joined the team than I realized how tense the atmoshere around him was. People in another department never came to Boss directly, nor his own team members hardly went to him but used emails if not very urgent as if they wanted to keep distance from him as much as possible.

I soon came to understand the reason why people wanted to stay away from Boss like they needed some kind of protection. He was a very very moody person and I then realized I should not talk to him in the mornings and especially on Mondays as his mood was so fluctuating in bad way at these timings that any requests will be easily turned down with his nasty comments and with a mocking attitude.

Gradually I noticed there was his repetitive tendency to become very upset and unreasonably furious; it was when he had lots of things to do but had to listen to other people's repotings in unrelevant meetings. Too many untouched things at hand, which is usual for a managerial position, made him irrationally offend others and made him think of giving the same mental pressure on other staff members. And he, knowingly or unknowingly, could not help or would not dare to stop it in anyway.

In September, when summer holidays were over and we all faced stacks of work to be processed, his attitude towards us, as is easily anticipated, changed.

To be continued
