When it is rain I am unwell after I became well.

When my mentall became unwell I want to do the following.

First, I go to hotspring or take a bath.

Second, I drink harb tea.

Third, I eat delicious deserts.

Forth, I watch movies.

Fifth, I listen to music.

Sixth, I write my feeling.

Seventh, I take a walk.

However, it is not good to get depressed because if I feel get depressed I can feel other feelings who are depressed and I can feel happy when I feel good.

When it is rain I am unwell after I became well.

When it rains, I often feel unwell, even if I was feeling fine before.

when it is rain→when it rains

I am unwell after I became well When it rains, I often feel unwell, even if I was feeling fine before(雨が降ると、以前は元気だったのに体調が悪くなることが多い)としました。

When my mentall became unwell I want to do the following.

When my mental health declines, I want to do the following:

mentall→mental health(メンタルヘルス)のほうが自然

became unwell→declines(悪化する)の方が自然

hotspring→a hot spring

harb tea→herbal tea.

desserts(スペル)

Fourth(スペル)

 I write about(~について)

 my feelings(いろんな感情があるので、複数形)

it is not good to get depressed

it is not always bad to feel depressed

if I feel get depressed

when I am depressed

I can feel other feelings who are depressed

I can understand the feelings of others who are also depressed

I can feel happy when I feel good

I can feel happier when I am in a good mood
