When it is rain I am unwell after I became well.
When my mentall became unwell I want to do the following.
First, I go to hotspring or take a bath.
Second, I drink harb tea.
Third, I eat delicious deserts.
Forth, I watch movies.
Fifth, I listen to music.
Sixth, I write my feeling.
Seventh, I take a walk.
However, it is not good to get depressed because if I feel get depressed I can feel other feelings who are depressed and I can feel happy when I feel good.
