Hello everyone,
Summer is truly here at last! It`s getting very hot here in Fuji, and I now realise what people meant when they said it gets humid here. Where I am from, we get warm, dry weather in Summer, In Japan it`s certainly much hotter and more humid too. In Ireland we don`t have air conditioners, we just open a window if it`s warm. I see how air-con is essential in Japan. It will take me a while to get used to this heat, but I am looking forward to getting a tan from the sun. Another reason we know it`s Summer is because the insects are getting big now. I have seen some big spiders this week! I am going to visit Izu at the weekend so we will go on a nice hike outside, hopefully it will stay sunny until then. I hope you enjoy your week and make the most of this nice weather.

ついに、夏が来ましたね。富士はとても暑くなってきました。
じめじめもしてきました。
私の国（アイルランド
）は、夏に温かくなると乾燥します。
日本の方が断然に暑いですし、むしむしします。
アイルランドでは、エアコンはありません。
窓をあけるだけです。
日本ではエアコンが必需品ですね
。
この暑さになれるのには少し時間がかかりそうですが、日焼けできるのが楽しみです
。
あと夏だと感じることは、大きな虫をよく目にするようになったことです。
今週、何匹か、大きなスパイダーをみました
。
私は今週末は、伊豆へ行く予定です。
ハイキング
をするので、天気がこのまま晴れていてほしいですね。
