今日はwriting の時に使えるフレーズを紹介しまっす‼︎
では、さっそくいってみよー(ᵔᴥᵔ)
be different from 〜 〜と異なる
ex) The professor's view is different from that of the passage.
教授の見解はパッセージの見解とは異なる
present 〜 〜を示す・述べる
ex) The professor presents a view that is very different from what is stated in the passage.
教授はパッセージで述べられていることと大きく異なる見解を示している
point out 〜 〜を指摘する
ex) The professor points out the absence of evidence.
教授は証拠の欠如を指摘している
regarding 〜 〜について
ex) The passage and lecture present different views regarding the outcome of the war.
戦争の結果についてパッセージと講義では異なる見解を示している
state 〜 〜と述べる
ex) She states her reason for not supporting the theory.
彼女はその説を支持しない理由を述べている
insist 〜 〜を主張する
ex) Although the passage states a traditional view, the professor insists on another view.
パッセージは従来の説を述べているが、教授は別の見解を主張している
while 〜 〜である一方で
ex) While the passage states one single cause, the professor presents a series of causes.
パッセージでは単独の原因を述べている一方、教授は連続した複数の原因を示している
contradiction 矛盾点
ex) The professor points out a contradiction in the passage.
教授はパッセージの矛盾を指摘している
disagree with 〜 〜に反対する
ex) Seeing a contradiction, the professor disagree with the view.
矛盾を認識した上で、教授はその見解に反対している
on the other hand, その一方では
ex) The passage insists that language helps us communicate with each other. On the other hand, the professor points out that we often miscommunicate through language.
パッセージは言語は私たちの相互のコミュニケーションの助けとなっていることを主張している。その一方で、教授は言語を通して私たちは頻繁に伝達ミスを犯してしまうと指摘している
