Coming up is a promotional photo-shoot for my department.
That's what I am focusing on right now.
Last time in the meeting, due to my completely lack-of-experience situation, my ideas were seen as naive and not well-prepared by my high-ups. (These people include our marketing director and my department partner)
Having struggled for a long time, I finally realize what I should do.
It's just that my initiative hasn't been pushed out of my heart. I did not believe myself in completing the task well.
