がんと診断されたら、すべきこと

もし、あなたが医師から「乳がん」と診断されたら、医師は、がんの進行度（ステージ）を確定するでしょう。

がんのステージは、予後と最善の治療法決定に役立ちます。

がんのステージは、いくつもの検査が完了するまで特定できない場合があります。

がんステージ確定には・・・
基本的な診断検査は、腫瘍マーカーのCBC ( Complete Blood Test) （完全血液検査）でなければなりません。

例えば、医師は、体内のがんの状態を検出するために、腫瘍マーカー検査をします。

例えば、乳がんでは、2種類のマーカーがあります。

CA15.3：乳がんおよび卵巣がんの発見に使用。

TRU-QUANTおよびCA 27.29：乳がんの存在を意味する場合がある。

生体組織検査、手術、マンモグラム、CTは、全身のがんの状態を特定保証するものではありません。
したがって、PETスキャンは、全血検査と腫瘍マーカー検査と組み合わせることにより正確で信頼性の高い検査となります。

私の専門家としての意見ですが、すべての年齢の人に対し、PETスキャンはマンモグラムよりも最も正確な診断方法です。

出産経験のない若い女性のエコーと血液検査は、マンモグラムよりも信頼性が高くなります。

ご自身でできること・・・

がんと診断され時に、あなた自身でできる重要なポイント（ガイドライン）は次のとおりです。
1.食事の変更

例えば;果物、野菜、全粒穀物の摂取を増やす。

ステージ4の場合は、果物を含むすべての糖質を減らす。
2.脂肪摂取量をカロリーの30％未満に減らす。
3.加工食品（漬物や燻製など）の摂取を停止する。
4.健康的な体重を達成し、維持する。

あなたの体格、身体の大きさ、体重などに基づきます。運動は、血液中の免疫系と酸素化を改善することを忘れないでください。
5.飲酒をやめる!!!
6.喫煙をやめる!!!
7.ビタミンとミネラルを評価するために、追加の血液検査を受ける。

これは、特に乳がんの女性にとって重要です。

例えば、ビタミンD 3欠乏は、乳がんに関連しています。

覚えておいていただきたいのは、これら全ては、新しいくがんと診断された場合のガイドラインです。

生活習慣や現在の健康状態などによって、人それぞれ異なることを忘れないでください。

今、がんを患っている人やがんと診断された人が、積極的にすべきことは、すぐに糖質や身体に悪い油の摂取を控え（食事を変え）、毎日ビタミンCの摂取を開始することです。

Once your doctor has diagnosed your breast cancer, he or she works to establish the extent (stage) of your cancer. Your cancer's stage helps determine your prognosis and the best treatment options. Complete information about your cancer's stage may not be available until several special tests are completed.

Basic diagnostic tests MUST be a CBC ( Complete Blood Test) for cancer makers. Eg: Your doctor may order blood tests for cancer/tumor markers to detect cancer activity in the body. Proteins and circulating tumor cells are two types of markers that can be measured. ... CA 15.3: used to find breast and ovarian cancers. TRU-QUANT and CA 27.29: may mean that breast cancer is present.

In My professional opinion, a PEAt scan would be the most accurate NOT a Mammography. For ALL Ages. Echo for young women with no children is more reliable with blood test than a Mammography .
Biopsy, surgery, mammograms CTs are not a guarantee that the doctor has identified ALL CANCER.

Therefore a PET scan is more accurate and reliable combined with a full blood test and cancer maker tests.

However, some of the MOST IMPORTANT Points are-
These guidelines include:
1. Increase intake of fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
2. Decrease fat intake to less than 30 percent of calories.
3. Stop intake of cured, pickled and smoked foods.
4. Achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Based on your body type, size, weight etc
5. Alcohol consumption should be stopped!!!
6. Stop smoking
7. Have additional blood tests to evaluate your vitamins and minerals. This is important especially for women with breast cancer . Eg: vitamin D 3 deficiency is linked to breast cancer.

Remember- all the above are guidelines for new cancer diagnosis.

The MOST PROACTIVE thing for any woman with cancer or recently diagnosed with ANY cancer is to change your diet immediately and start taking Vitamin C everyday.
