Well, it was a realization of the fact that breast cancer was spreading everyday while our women were reluctant to realize they are at high risk. I met a number of women today suffering in pain and despair, however , they could talk about their disease openly and honestly. So, I realized that likeminded women and men are Interested in making educational groups. Supporting the young and the elderly is extremely important as a community. I hope is that our local governments and their health departments give more support in spreading Prevention, Intervention and Education.

人間誰しもがん細胞を持っていて、がん細胞は日々成長しているという事実の理解と、女性は、高いリスクがあるということを（認めたくないかもしれないが）認めざるを得ない。
今日のピンクリボンデイでは、痛みやがんという病に絶望し苦しんでいる沢山の女性に会いました。
彼女たちは自分の病気についての経験や思いを率直かつ正直に語り合いました。私は、 同じ境遇にある男女が自助グループを作ることに関心があるあることに気付きました。
若者や高齢者を支援することは、コミュニティとして非常に重要です。自治体とその福祉保健部門が、地域社会においてがんの防止(Prevention)、介在(Intervention)、教育 (Education)の普及に更なる支援いただくことを願っています。
