I finished another book this month! I'm so impressed I started to like books :) This time, I read The Giver! I've been wanting to read this because it seemed interesting. I heard it was going to be a film, so I wanted to read it before the film comes out.
There are not so much to say about the book even though it was amazingly fantastic and the best book I've ever read so far (out of the three books I've ever read.) It was the very first book that made me think about my life a little while reading. I have had a thought on telling lies, how easy our lives will be if we can get rid of all the pains we have now, and at the same time how boring it will be. One thing I found unpleasant, though, was the ending. I think the ending meant two of them, Jonas and Gabriel, had frozen to death. I wanted a better, happy ending.
Sorry for this random post. I bet there are some sentences I don't even understand what I'm trying to say. I am not in the mood to make a post but I feel I need to do this so that I can keep track of what I've read or what I thought about the book! I want to revise this post when I'm not busy but I know I won't. haha
What should I read next??? I bought Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro today. Should I read it?? I also bought GirlOnline by Zoe Sug the other day, which will be in my hand in two or more weeks.
