Staying organised with a peptide routine takes more than a notes app. Here is a practical system I follow:
1. Keep a dose log - record the compound, amount, date and time for every administration. A complete log is the foundation of everything else.
2. Manage vial inventory - know what is on hand, what is open, and what is running low. Note the brand/batch and the date each vial was reconstituted.
3. Build a schedule with reminders - many routines run on repeating cycles, and a reminder system keeps the cadence consistent.
4. Rotate injection sites - track where each dose was administered and rotate sites deliberately.
5. Monitor expiration and storage - note expiry dates and storage conditions; discard anything past its date.
6. Review progress over time - weekly and monthly views reveal whether the routine is actually working.
7. Export your history - a CSV export of your full history is the standard format for personal archives.
I built an Android app that does all of this in one place: PepVault: Peptide Tracker. It logs doses, manages vial inventory, builds schedules with reminders, tracks injection sites, monitors expiration dates and storage, reviews progress insights, and exports history as CSV.
