出品制限に関してイーベイから返答がきました。
出品制限が解除されないまま数日が経ち、
イーベイから返答がきたので下部にそのメールを示します。
3回くらい読み返しました。
完全な理解はできてませんが、
要約してみると、
特に問題があるわけではないですが、
出品アイテムの合計金額（同一アイテムの複数出品を含む）が
50万ドルを超えているために制限が掛かっています。
それで、一ヵ月後にもう一度、このメッセージに返信してくれといったようなことが
書いてあります。
そのときに評価などを確認し、
問題がなければこの上限を調整するってことですかね。

システム変更なんかあると大変です。
以前はMoney Order（小切手の支払い）が禁止になったときは、
全ての商品説明文を個々に修正する必要がありました。
アイテム数も2500を超えていたので、数日ぶっ続けで
キチガイみたく修正してました。
その後は、送料上限のポリシーが新たに加わり、
またしても個別修正でした
そのときは流石にアカウントを一から作り直しました。
結果、評価6000程がパーになりました
まぁこんなものは円高に比べれば序の口愚痴ですが。
今回の件は、とりあえずもう少し待ってみようと思います。

(active) items and successfully sold items per calendar month.
At this time, your current maximum selling amount is $500,000. This
includes multiple quantity listings which can greatly influence this
number.
Unfortunately, if you do reach this amounts during the course of a month
you will be unable to list additional items or increase the price or
quantity of your active items until some of your items end without a
winning bidder or until the 1st of the next calendar month.
