Hi, everyone

 My name is Quan Quan. I was born and raised in China up to the age of 18 years old. After high school I was fortunate enough to be selected for an undergraduate scholarship offered by the Ministry of Education of Singapore. Under this scholarship, I obtained my Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (Computer Engineering Division) at the National University of Singapore.

 After graduation, I worked for about half a year as a Java programmer and thought it to be too boring. So I changed jobs and became a Lecturer of Info-comm Technology at the Singapore Institute of Technical Education. During my four and a half years there I taught subjects in Info-comm Technology, Multimedia Technology and Digital Media Design.

 Between 2005 and 2006, while I converted my teaching job from full-time to part-time, I completed my Master Degree in International Political Economy at the Nanyang Technological University.
 I came to Japan in October 2006 and am now in my second year as a PHD candidate in International Studies at the Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies, Waseda University.

 Besides researching for my PHD dissertation, I am currently holding 3 jobs:
1. English assistant for Mrs. Hironaka Wakako, Councilor of the Upper House of the Diet;
2. Directing and editing lecture videos for the Global MBA course of Kenich Ohmae Graduate School of Business;
3. Teaching Assistant for our PEGL course.

 If I could share with you the most effective ways of learning English for me, I would recommend that you
1. listen to BBC World Service (Radio) every day
2. join a Toastmasters Club and force yourself to actively participate in both the prepared speeches and the impromptu speaking sessions.

 I enjoy teaching very much and hope to be of help for you in your English learning journey.

Yours
Quan Quan

●Mr. William Wilson

Hello to everyone studying their hardest with AirCampus at the Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business.
I'm the newest member of the TA team, William from Canada. I've lived here in Japan on and off for the past few years, and have taught business English to a variety of clients hailing from numerous companies.
My background is in Computer Sciences, but after spending a year in Japan I decided to postpone pursuing that career path, and to enjoy the life and culture that Tokyo has to offer.
I've seen many great sights in Japan, from Mount Osore-zan to Miyajima, and I dream of seeing Yakushima and Matsushima respectively some day.
I study Japanese here in Tokyo, so I can relate to the pressures and difficulties of exploring a new language.
Please, let me be your guide to achieving your goal of applicable English for every need, business related and personal!
