ERⅠ-2　Day One

■<場面>スーザンは昨夜から通しで勤務している。

Suzan: Hey, Timmy. (新患カルテ)もらうわよ
Timmy: Dr. Lewis. (Hold please.) 　I got a chest pain in Exam Room 4.

　　　　　あぁ先生　待ってください　四号室に胸部通の患者がいるんです
Night shift ran an x-ray and EKG.　一応写真と心電図はとりました

Suzan: You know, I really need a cup of coffee.
　　　　　熱いコーヒーを飲んでシャキッとしたいわ
Timmy: Cream, no sugar.　じゃ先生これを　(カルテを渡す)
Suzan: Thank you.　どうも　ごちそうさま

■廊下　

Suzan: Wanna help with a chest pain?　いらっしゃい　勉強よ
Carter: Yes. Be right back.　はい　すぐ戻ります

■Exam Room4

Suzan: Good morning, Mr. Zambano, I'm Dr. Lewis. This is John Carter.
おはようございます　ルイスですこちらはカーター君

In order to evaluate pain, start with P.Q.R.S.T.
痛みの分析に問診と診察が必要ね
Cater: ...

Suzan: So start. 　始めてよ
Carter: Oh, great. So Provoking/palliating, right?　あっはい　断続的な痛みですね
What brought on your pain?　いつから始まりました?

Zambano: It started in the shower.　シャワーを浴びたら急に

Carter: Could you describe it?　どんな感じの痛みですか
Zambano: It's like somebody's squeezing my chest.　胸をぎゅと捕まれるみたいだよ
Carter: Righr. Well, good.　なるほど　あー　そうですか

Suzan: Radiation.　場所は? カーター

Carter: Does the pain move anywhere? Neck, back.
　　　　　あぁっそのー痛みは移りますか　背中とか

Zambano: No. What is he, a beginners?　いや　なんだこいつ新米か?

Suzan: This is a teaching hospital, Mr. Zambano.
　　　　　ここはティーチングホスピタルなんです

Suzan: Your EKG's normal, and your history of angina...　(注)
I don't think we need to be concerned.
心電図も正常で痛みも治まったし狭心痛の病歴からみてもまず心配ないですね

Dr. Carter will keep an eye on you while we wait for the enzyme results.
心筋酵素の値が出るまでカーター先生が監視しますので

カーターは何十人の食中毒の患者の直腸診に忙殺している

Carter: How many more do we have? あと何人いるの?
Nurse: Three.
Carter: Three. I have to check on a patient. I'll be right back.
　　　　　　三人もちょっと患者さん診てくるよ
