The annual World Cosplay Summit, known as WCS took a place at August 7th and 8th. around Oasis 21. This time of year, too many concern were there. Such as, typhoon, corona(COVID-19), Semi-emergency coronavirus measures (known as マン防), so and so.
Most of Cosplayers those of whom I know of, were declared of, not attending of this time of コスサミ. I do not blame their decisions, because I am the one who wanted to be cancelation, this years コスサミ.
However, I am the member of PR troops, for five straight year. So I have to be on that PR campaign. So, I did.

Right after that I have to rendezvous with some friends. Due to made an appointment, already. around noon, by that time I went up oasis. I realized that short of patients. According to the regulations, it was prohibited to take a photo on the underground level, except photo area. That is why I felt less crowded this year. Nowadays, everybody wears mask or masks. That makes not easy to identify, who is who. It took while to gather up with my friends. When we met up, the only thing I could offer was to eat a lunch. So we did.
After having a lunch, we wondered around TV tower, whereabout ポプカル was held. I have also participating ポプカル for over decade. So I knew how it’s like to be. Well, I felt it was tiny event than i used to know of. Around TV tower area, has changed it further rapidly. The fancy restaurants were filled in. That was the choice of having a dinner. I am a cosplayer who stands 40 degree of heat at summer of Nagoya. But I already exhausted but the noon. So i was already exhausted by the time. Therefore, I had to excuse myself much earlier, on the first day, had a dinner with my co-cosplayer around TV tower.
August 8th, 2021. Day 2.
On that day, I didn’t have any assignments on PR troops, However, as a cosplay coordinator, i had a lot of things to do. But i do not need to be rushed in. So, I arrived there around noon. Gathered with my old friend of buddy, had a lunch with just two of them. After that, my buddy wanted to go TV tower for the first time, whereabouts ポプカル was held. Like, I said this time of ポプカル was tiny, but very effective inside of the TV tower. Few crowded people there and the Air conditioner was working perfectly. Spending time there to cool down the boddy, for what we did.
I am a man who smokes a lot. So, it about a time to smoke. However, like I said, around the TV tower has changed. Smoking area od zone has been eliminated, permanently. So, I and my old friend of buddy went pilgrim to smoke.

I am a man who is still member of これぱ！ and I know that これぱ！is coraborating with 認定特定非営利財団本田美奈子.基金, assisting 栄天. Therefore I have to come stop by and give a regard to my boss, which I did, so and so. And there was member of 認定特定非営利財団本田美奈子.基金, whose in charge of 栄天. there so I also give him a regard as well. Such so and so, we must have spent a half an hour, there. But, 栄広場 doesn’t have any shelter, and whatsoever. That place was heavily heated and I was about to melt. So we had to leave there heading back to Oasis 21.
By the time, gland level of Oasis 21 were so clouded, which I remaining of a usual コスサミ, which I used to wittenessed, all those years. But, under the circumstances of まん防, It was a terrified view that I do not wish to near by. However, I had an appointment with my friends, So we did and had a cup of coffee at fancy cafe and so on.
After making an interviewing, I sent off them farewell. By the time around evening the cloud of people were getting clouder and clouder. Staying there must have exposed infection, I thought. So I made tactic retreat, for sure. That was how the day two ended.

when I writing up this report the news came in. which gose like that on the stage of WCS, one of guest has been exposed and other four of them were suspicious of infection. well this was same thing has happened. but this year I haven’t got any call from Nagoya city personal. So i would not worried. More to say having a real big event on the world pandemic, that kind of thing would have occurred. for those of you who were participate and the WCS. Those of were taking a risk, knowing might be infected, I assumed of. Therefor, those of whom were not participating, evidently somehow knew, that was going take a place, exactly. Yet, I am not barking , because I am the one whose taking a risk to spend all two days at コスサミ. cation. According to the corona catastrophe, I could not make much interview, but few. Those are the main idea of the cosplayers. But no need to tell that those ideas are not represention of the cosplayers themselves. Most of the cosplayers, not all of them, but almost most of them are not so interred in championship. Because when you do cosplay then you became hero or heroin
Cos-sami qualities are still high in intensed. Such as, the stuffs are not share the same regulations. So the every staffs said different things, about the regulations which made us a very confused. And this year, buying a チケット is a hard task to achieved. I do not know about the system, but may be just the system of buying a ticket, has nothing has got to do with コスサミ. However all those complain about every cosplayer have them all those years, are never gets to the cos-sami. Those facts, I know of and I have done, all those years who wanted just コスサミ a better place.
