I've read a book called "自分のアタマで考えよう" and this inspired me a lot.
It's been more than a year since I've started to work as a HR person,
but my work had been some operation instead of "think and act" by myself.
I could never be confident with my opinions (I wouldn't even have my opinion sometimes)
and I thought that was all because of "lack of HR knowledge" until I read this.
This book shows direction of "How to think"!!
When you do input (input knowledge, data, informations or anything),
you feel like you have studied something.
Yes, you have studied (knowledge has improved) but haven't "thought" at all.
Then, how do you "think"?
HOW TO THINK
1. Input informations.
2. From the input, think for any question you had and list Merit/Demerit
At this point, do NOT use your former knowledge.
3. Output YOUR conclusion about that topic.
When you do the output, then you have finally "thought" for something.
If you use your former knowledge at point2, that may have through bias.
You must have Positive and Negative point of view.
----------
95% of my works are operations (as I've written before).
In that environment, I wouldn't be able to improve my "thinking ability".
To improve, I'm going to start reading articles about anything and
do thinking everyday, which begins tomorrow!!
