This is how i will be (not want) in 10 years.
I am 34 years old at that time, and probably one of the middle standing employee.
I may not be in HR (probably for sure) but I will try my best wherever I am.
Dreaming is easy.
Setting goal is easy.
Who does it? I DO.
I am the only one who can make my dream come true.
I wrote 10 years goal because my company sets career image as one year and 10 years.
well, I don't like saying "goal" because it's just the passage point.
