ゆ～ゆうランドという銭湯へ行きました
I went to a public bath called "YuYuRand-HanaTsubaki".
泡風呂がとても豪華です
Bubble bath is so gorgeous.
テルマエ・ロマエのハドリアヌス帝の気分です
I relaxed like Hadrianus who appears on THERMAE ROMAE.
特にサウナは汗が良く出ます
I took out a lot of sweat at a sauna.
しかし、そこで私は感じました
But, I noticed at the sauna..
私は手も足も動かしていない。そして
I'm moving neither a hand nor a foot. And
心臓だけがバッコンバッコン動き続けている
only my heart is moving intensely.
たしかに私の体内に蓄積した脂肪は燃焼していると思う
I think, the fat which accumulated in my body is burning.
でも、このままずっとサウナに入り続けると
But, if I continue to enter the sauna all the time,
心臓の筋肉だけが働きすぎになるでしょう…
Only the heart muscle will be overworked...
手足の運動もしなければなりません
I have to exercise my hands and feet.
前の広場に長めのすべり台が設置されていました。
