神戸市内の高速道路が倒壊しましたが
実は、あの日の前日、朝、地震が起こったころに
大阪市内に向けて、車を走らせてました
まだ、独身だったので、一人で運転
1995年１月16日（月）で
成人の日の振り替え休日でした。
当時の休日法は現在と異なっていて、成人の日は1月15日
なので、振り替えです
この休みの日に、ハチ北、スカイバレイスキー場へ
出かけようと、早朝に車を走らせてました
が、持って行ったチェーンがタイヤに合わず
途中で引き返しました
弟が車に乗った時、パンクして、サイズ違いのタイヤに
変えられてたのを知らされてなくて、、、
そろそろチェーンしようかなぁと
側道に止めてやったんですが
どうあがいても取り付けられず
それで、引き返しました
なのであの時間帯に往復してました
24時間ずれてたら。。。
そのまま落ちてた？
地球時間で24時間って一瞬ですよね
ほんと、生かされたんだなぁ

Actually, the day before the earthquake, at around the same time in the morning, I was driving toward Osaka City.
Since I was still single back then, I was driving alone.
It was January 16, 1995 (Monday), which was a substitute holiday for Coming of Age Day.
The holiday laws were different at that time, and Coming of Age Day was always on January 15, so this was a substitute holiday.
On that day off, I was planning to go skiing at Hachikita or Sky Valley Ski Resort, so I set off early in the morning.
However, the tire chains I brought didn’t fit my car's tires, so I ended up turning back midway.
Apparently, my younger brother had changed one of the tires to a different size after a puncture, but I hadn’t been told.
When I pulled over to the side of the road, thinking it was time to put on the chains, no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t get them to fit.
So, I had no choice but to turn back.
That means I was driving back and forth during that time period.
If it had been 24 hours later...
Would I have fallen along with the highway?
When you think about it, 24 hours in the span of Earth’s time is just a fleeting moment.
I truly feel like I was spared.
