フィリピン首都圏ケソン市で
27日未明、女性(62)が腹部など４カ所を刃物で刺されて死亡した。
犯人は男性１人で、トライシクルで逃走した。
女性は、覚醒剤入りの小袋を握ったまま死亡しており
覚せい剤取り引きに絡むトラブルに巻き込まれたらしい。

タジキスタン、トルクメニスタン、ウズベキスタン各国の国民の
入国ビザを免除すると発表した。
事前にビザを取得せずに30日間滞在できるという。
これにより、ビザを取得せずに入国できる国民は157カ国に増えた。

Be exempted from entry visas and announced.
