カジノと商業施設、ホテルを2019年までに開業することを目指し
リゾート全体が完成するのは22年の予定だという。

日本人男性　射殺

4月20日夜、フィリピンの首都マニラで
車に乗った日本人男性水野成規さん（４８）が
オートバイの２人組に銃撃され、死亡した。

地元警察によると、現場はマニラの幹線道路で
水野さんは日本人３人、フィリピン人２人と共に車に乗っていたところを
背後から近づいた２人組に撃たれた。
フィリピン人１人も負傷した。一行は夕食を終え
滞在先のホテルに戻る途中だったという。
