偽装結婚させたフィリピン人女性に架空の出生届を出させ
子ども手当などをだまし取ったとして
詐欺などの罪に問われた愛知県
元フィリピンパブ経営河合勝己被告（４６）の判決公判が
７日、岐阜地裁であった。
裁判長は「戸籍に対する公共の信用を害した」として
懲役２年６カ月（求刑懲役３年６カ月）を言い渡した。
判決によると、河合被告は
２００７年１１月、知人の男性と偽装結婚させた
フィリピン人女性との間に子どもがいないのに
うその出生届を名古屋市内の区役所に提出。
河合被告が女性の口座を管理し
子ども手当など約２５８万円をだましとったという。
やはり悪事の代償は、大きいものです。
