世界各国の汚職状況を監視する非政府組織（ＮＧＯ）
トランスパレンシー・インターナショナル（ＴＩ、本部・ベルリン）は
９日、「２０１０年世界汚職世論調査（86カ国）」を公表した。
フィリピン国民の自国政府機関に対する評価では
国民の７割が汚職が増加しているとし
その対象として政党や警察などを挙げている。

120万ペソにのぼる病院代は
母親が出産した病院に勤務していることもあって
割引されるという。
また、国家宝くじ事務局も70万ペソ相当の寄付を行うという。
