今年1月～9月のフランスからの観光客数が前年比12.7％増と発表した。
増加したものの、この数値は予測以下だったという。
これは、欧州連合による
フィリピン籍の航空会社乗り入れ禁止措置による影響だという。

仲裁しようとしたところ
今度は「非番時の拳銃携帯」をめぐって、カメラマンと押し問答となり
警官が発砲したため、カメラマンが携帯していた拳銃で応戦したらしい。

中国残留孤児の身元確認で日中両国政府が共同で作成した
「残留日本人２世名簿」を作成することが話され
高齢化するフィリピン日系２世の早期救済を目指すという。
この会合には在日フィリピン大使館の総領事も参加し
「フィリピン政府も名簿作成に協力したい」と支援を約束した。
