偽装結婚事件
ブローカーとされる河合厚志被告（４５）は
日本の高賃金にひかれるフィリピン人の心理を利用し
十数組の偽装結婚をあっせん。
女が風俗店で働くなどして得た給与の約７割を
搾取していたことなどが明らかになってきた。
この事件では
県警組織犯罪対策課と熊本東署が
昨年１０～１２月、偽装結婚したとして
日本人男とフィリピン人女３組や仲介した男ら
計１１人が電磁的公正証書原本不実記録などの疑いで逮捕された事件。
人身売買禁止ネットワークや県警などによると
フィリピンの平均的給与は２万円程度。
日本で働く金銭的な動機付けは大きいが
近年は入国審査が厳格化され滞在資格を得るのが難しい。
偽装結婚をすれば「日本人配偶者」として在留資格が得られる。
風俗店などで働けば月給は３０万円。
７割程度搾取されても１０万円弱が残り、フィリピンの５倍の収入になる。
立件された３組だけで計約１２００万円を稼いでいたという。

「女性は自分たちの意志で来ていると言われるが
ブローカーは仕事内容を詳しく伝えないなど
だましに近いやり方をしている。
稼ぎたいという彼女たちの気持ちを利用した労働搾取だ」と指摘している。
