フィリピンの法務長官がこのほど
アキノ大統領が連邦捜査局と国家警察に対して
イタズラで爆弾の爆発予告をする愉快犯の摘発を担当する部署の設置を
指示したと伝えた。
そのようなイタズラ電話をかけることは違法であることを国民に警告した。
また、フィリピン内務自治省は、日本の110や米国の911に相当する
緊急時のホットライン117にかかってくる電話のほとんどがイタズラだと伝えた。
1日におよそ1万3千件の電話を受けるものの、その約2％のみが緊急連絡だという。
