９日、香川県警組織犯罪対策課は、虚偽の婚姻届を出したとして
高松市の歯科医 高松康裕（５６）、会社役員 亀田耕一郎（５７）
フィリピン国籍でスナック経営者イボルデナギット・ロダリナ（４５）の３容疑者と
日本人の男（４１～５７歳）とフィリピン人の女（２３～２９歳）各４人を
電磁的公正証書原本不実記録、同共用の疑いで逮捕した。

詐欺容疑で逮捕していた台湾人１４人を共犯の中国人１０人と共に
今月２日、中国に移送した。
台湾とフィリピンの間に外交関係はなく、犯罪者引き渡しに関する取り決めはない。
台湾側は、パスポートや入国記録で台湾人であることが証明されており
国際法に反すると、強く抗議。
事務処代表の召還を決めたほか
台湾で就労を希望するフィリピン人労働者の受け入れを事実上
４カ月間凍結する措置を打ち出した。
台湾は約１０万人のフィリピン人の出稼ぎ労働者を受け入れており
フィリピンの貴重な外貨獲得先となっている。
