フィリピン国家警察は
10日、偽の薬を売りつけ、約10万ペソをだましとったとして
首都圏バレンスエラ市在住の助産婦(37)を逮捕した。
調べでは、被害者の女性は「肌が白くなる」という助産婦の話を信じて
10万２千ペソ(191,810円）分の偽薬を購入。
３月中旬から使用し続けたが、効果がなかったため
食品薬事局に薬を持ち込んだ。
その結果、偽物と分かったという。

健康的な小麦色の肌の女性も、すごく魅力的だと思うのですが
フィリピン女性も、白い肌に憧れる女性が多いという。

２３億ドルをかけて建設され、１９８４年に完成した。
しかし１９８６年にアキノ政権が誕生した時
原発の近くに地震断層と活火山があることから安全ではないと判断
営業開始を許可しなかった
このため１度も稼働しないまま現在に至っている。
フィリピン観光客は、原発内部と原子炉を公開する予定で
「バターン原発はスリーマイル島、チェルノブイリ
福島の人々を襲った惨事について、国際社会に警鐘を鳴らす存在になるだろう」と述べた。

来月から22ペソの「生活費」が給料に上乗せされるという。
