フィリピン ミンダナオ島サランガニ州政府がこのほど
貨物船が8日に、サランガニ州沖の海洋保護区で座礁し
貴重な珊瑚礁を破損させたと発表した。
この船は、愛媛県今治市の矢野海運が所有する大型貨物船で
6万5千トンの石炭を積んでインドからオーストラリアに向かう途中だったという。

偽装認知事件
岐阜県警組織犯罪対策課と岐阜北署、名古屋入国管理局は
１２日、外国人の子どもに日本国籍を取得させようとしたとして
国籍法違反の疑いで岐阜市の吉田幸二容疑者（４２）ら３人を逮捕した。
国籍法での立件は全国５例目で、岐阜県内では初めてです。
逮捕容疑は、２００９年１１月１０日
フィリピン人女性とフィリピン人男性との子供（９）に
日本国籍を取得させるため、岐阜地方法務局に吉田容疑者が
父親として認知したとする虚偽の国籍取得届を提出した疑い。
名古屋入国管理局は、不法な出入国を繰り返していたフィリピン人女性容疑者が
日本国内に日本国籍を持った子どもがいると入国しやすくなるため
虚偽の国籍取得届を出したとみて詳しく調べている。

昨年の第4四半期には、前期比で58％増だったという。
また、この時期にビザ社のカードを利用した
