２００５年、下院議事堂に保管されていた
開票報告書約６千枚（有権者約１２０万人分）を持ち出し
アロヨ氏に有利な報告書にすり替えた疑いがあることが分かったことを
フィリピン法務省幹部が明らかにした。
開票・集計をめぐる不正を隠蔽する目的だったと思われる。
