フィリピン首都圏パサイ市で
７日、パサイ市役所の女性職員(45)がボーナスを詐取されたとして
夫(35)を警察に告発した。
夫は麻薬を買うお金欲しさに
市役所会計課に、妻の名前を勝手に署名した委任状を持ち込んだ。
「警察に逮捕された妻の保釈金に必要」と説明し
ボーナス２千ペソをだまし取ったという。

性的暴行を受け後、頭を鈍器で殴られて
土に埋められた少女（10）が奇跡的に意識を回復し
ほぼ自力で親元に戻ったと伝えた。
その後、従兄弟の男性（21）の犯行が明らかになり
犯人逮捕につながったという。
