警視庁組織犯罪対策５課と東京税関が
覚せい剤取締法違反（営利目的密輸）容疑で
フィリピン国籍の船員フレデリック・サムヤ容疑者（３２）を逮捕した。
警視庁組織犯罪対策５課によると
容疑者は、「頼まれて持ち込んだ」と容疑を認めている。
２３日夜、東京港に入ったコンテナ船で
覚せい剤約６キロ（末端価格４億８０００万円相当）を小分けにし
腹部にコルセットで固定したりバッグに隠したりして密輸した疑い。
コンテナ船は中国からアメリカ経由で入港。
サムヤ容疑者はこの船の船員で
上陸後に税関職員が職務質問し、現行犯逮捕したという。
