子どもに日本国籍を不正取得させるために
日本人の男が認知したと装って虚偽の認知届と出生届を提出したとして
愛知県警外事課と中署は
２１日、名古屋市港区 上釜勇一容疑者（４９）と
フィリピン国籍のリネット・サラザル・アドロナド容疑者（３８）ら
計４人を電磁的公正証書原本不実記録・同供用の疑いで逮捕した。
容疑は、４人は共謀して
リネット容疑者の子どもの父親が上釜容疑者との虚偽の認知届と
出生届を港区役所に提出した疑い。
近藤容疑者は「相談は受けたが、共謀はしていない」と否認し
他の３人は容疑を認めているという。
県警の調べでは
リネット容疑者は妊娠をした時期に
フィリピンにいたとみられるが、上釜容疑者に出国歴はなかった。
日本国籍の子どもの母親は定住資格が得られることから
リネット容疑者が子どもに日本国籍を取得させようと企て
友人に父親を装う日本人のあっせんを依頼したとみて捜査している。
