アメリカ連邦捜査局がこのほど
グレネードランチャーなどの銃器を違法に輸入販売したとして
フィリピン人3人を逮捕したと発表した。
逮捕された3人は
おとり捜査官に売りつけた銃器をフィリピンから輸入した話したという。
有罪になった場合は、禁固20年の刑が課される。

物々しい鉄格子の中、見守る観客が囚人なら自慢の腕を振るうのも囚人たち。
囚人服と同じオレンジ色のエプロンを身に着け
3人1組の6チームに分かれ
慣れた手つきで食材をさばき、腕を競い合います。
参加者の多くはホテルやレストランなどでの料理経験者で
決められた食材で前菜からデザートまでを用意します。
審査員は現役のシェフなどで
優勝したチームには日本円で約3万円が賞金として渡されます。
この料理大会は、刑を終えた囚人の社会復帰を促進するとして
期待を集めているということです。

「神を冒涜する」行為と攻撃、非難をしている。

むしろ時代遅れのカトリック教会に問題が多い」と反論している。
