バリワグ町職員らが借金の担保にされ
行方不明になっていた生後33日の乳児を救出した。
調べでは、母親の恋人が病気の治療費を工面するため
乳児を担保にし、いとこから４万ペソを借りた。
返済がなかったため
いとこは出生証明書を偽造するなどして
乳児を手元に置こうとしたという。

施設の従業員に制裁としてホースを肛門に挿入された後
意識を失い死亡したという。
目撃した他の従業員によると、ホースは約2分間挿入され
腹部が膨張していったという。
また、小さい子が犠牲になってしまいました。
