「新しい在留管理制度がスタート」という通知が今日届きました。
永住資格者でも、5年での更新手続きが必要のようです。

アメリカ太平洋軍司令部は
１５日、原子力潜水艦ノースカロライナが
約５カ月半に及ぶ西太平洋海域での任務を終え
南シナ海に臨むフィリピン・ルソン島のスービック港に
１３日、乗組員の休養のため寄港したと発表した。
中国とフィリピンの対立が深刻化する
南シナ海でも中国海軍の動きを念頭に情報収集をしていたとみられる。
１９日までスービック港に滞在するという。

今年3月以降フィリピンバナナの輸出業者が被った損害額は
約10億ペソ（約18億8000万円）にのぼったことを伝えた。

入国拒否されたとするフィリピンメディアの報道を紹介。
また、フィリピンバナナ栽培・輸出業者協会主席が
