フィリピン セブ州控訴裁判所がこのほど
4才の女児に対して性的虐待を犯した男の上告を却下したと発表した。
これにより、禁固120～240年の刑が執行されることになるという。

フィリピン首都圏マニラ市エルミタで
観光で、フィリピンを訪れていた日本人女性が
友人の日本人女性と
デルピラール通りを歩いていた時
オートバイに相乗りした２人組に
旅券やカメラなど計15万円相当の入ったかばんをひったくられた。

16日未明、男性(39)が、妻の目の前で拳銃自殺した。
男性は人妻と不倫関係を持ったことを妻に告白し
「不倫相手の夫から脅迫されている」などと話した後
隠し持っていた38口径拳銃で頭部を打ち抜いたという。
