やりきれない思い
警視庁城東署は
２０１０年１２月に上司の車から現金７００万円などを盗んだとして
窃盗の疑いで、東京都荒川区の風俗店従業員の男（４０）を逮捕した。
城東署によると
男は事件直後にフィリピンに逃走。
帰国後の今年８月３１日に逮捕された。
「強制退去になったフィリピン人の妻と娘に会いたかった」と供述しているという。

調べによると
アメリカ人の父親は
28日朝、フィリピン人男性３人と共謀し
私立小学校にいた娘を連れ出した。
犯人の１人は、同日中に逮捕されたが
女児とアメリカ人、フィリピン男性２人の行方が分かっていない。
逮捕された男性の供述で、事件が明るみになったもので
女児はセアレス・ルナ元下院議員の孫で
アメリカ人の父親は、元議員の娘と結婚し
女児をもうけた後、離婚していたという。

新空港の建設が計画されている場所は
明らかにしていないものの
フィリピン政府は、NAIA（ニノイ・アキノ国際空港）に変わる空港として
検討しているクラーク国際空港よりも首都圏に近いという。
フィリピン政府が承認すれば、3年で完成させる計画だという。

フィリピン ビサヤ地方セブ州タリサイ市で
道路を歩いていた男性(35)に遊んでいた男児(２)がぶつかった。
怒った男性は男児を殴り
両足を持って逆さづりにして何度も路面にたたき付けて殺害した。
男性は逮捕されたが
地元で違法薬物中毒者として知られていたという。
