フィリピンとの交流を続け
自費を投じて現地に幼稚園と小学校を建設した
三重県伊賀市の元幼稚園教諭、塚本五十鈴さん（７０）が
現地の国際交流協会から「フィリピン日本文化交流特別賞」を贈られた。
幼稚園に英語を教えにきていた
フィリピンの女性講師のすすめでフィリピンを訪問するようになったという。
茶道や華道、着物、大正琴といった日本文化を伝え
現地のラジオにも出演。
交流のなかで
「施設が子供であふれている」との声を聴いたのをきっかけに
２０００、２００１年に、木造平屋建ての幼稚園と小学校を
フィリピン ブラカン州に建設した。
費用は退職金とそれまでの貯金でまかなったという。
２００９年には、フィリピンと伊賀市立長田小学校の子どもの交流会を企画。
現地の学校には現在、約７０人が通っているという。

Was awarded the "Special Prize Philippines Japan cultural exchange" from the International Association of local.
I had come to teach English to kindergarten
That came to visit the Philippines at the recommended female instructor in the Philippines.
Japanese tea ceremony and flower arrangement conveys culture, kimono, and Taishogoto
Also appeared on local radio.
Among the exchanges
I heard a voice in the wake of "facility is filled with children" with
In the year 2000, 2001, a one-story wooden kindergarten and elementary school
I was built in Bulacan, Philippines.
Until then it was covered by the savings and retirement expenses.
In 2009, planning to exchange meeting Nagata City elementary school children in the Philippines and Iga.
Currently, about 70 people to a local school that has been through.

火災
9月5日午前0時30分頃に火災が発生した
マニラ ディビソリア地区のショッピングモール「Tutuban Mall」が
7日になって完全に鎮火したと現地消防局が伝えた。
この火災で、消防員30人以上が軽傷を負ったという。
火災の原因は、現在調査中です。
A fire broke out at around 12:30 am on September 5,
Shopping mall "Tutuban Mall" Manila district Divi Soria
Local fire department was reported to have extinguished completely made in 7 days.
In this fire, that more than 30 firefighters were slightly injured.
Cause of the fire is currently under investigation.

５項目の、問題点を指摘され、一時はどうなる事かと心配していたんですが
何とか無事、長男（フィリピン国籍、永住権）の嫁の「VISA」申請の許可がおり
とりあえずは、一安心ですが
これからが、フィリピンサイドの「日本領事館」との
最後の詰めが残っています。
