フィリピン料理フェア

大阪市北区の「ヒルトン大阪」にある
レストラン「チェッカーズ」で
5月26日から、「フィリピン料理フェア」が始まった。

フィリピン政府観光省協力で、現地のシェフが来日し
本場の料理がランチ、ディナーブッフェで楽しめる。
（６月２日まで）

フィリピン料理はスペインや中国の影響を受け
味付けは辛味よりも、塩味、甘味、酸味が効いており
日本人になじみやすい味わいだと言われている。
